Terms, in plain words
Market Radar is a tool built and operated by Danylo Pravda (pravda.systems). It watches public web pages you point it at and reports what changed.
You review what you act on. The watcher is careful, but it is software: it can miss things and it can be wrong about what a change means. Its briefs are information, not professional, legal, or financial advice. Decisions — and their consequences — stay yours.
The tool is provided as-is. Access is by invitation, on a test budget funded by the operator. There is no payment inside the app, no subscription, and no checkout. Any commercial engagement happens as a separate written agreement — nothing in this app commits either side.
Watch politely, watch publicly. The watcher only checks publicly reachable pages, at respectful rates. You confirm you are entitled to point it at whatever you register.
